Ocean Pollution

Nature suffers extremely from the consequences that humans inflict on it. Every year the oceans are flooded with 5-13 million tons of plastic. This harms the animals, the environment and ultimately us. The topic of ocean pollution kept me very busy during my travels, as I was often confronted with it personally. Most of the time we don't realize the impact of this problem until we see it. So, through Nookini, I want to give people a little reminder of the impact our consumption has and how we can improve ourselves in that regard. I would like to give something back to nature with Nookini and thus help the animals as well as the oceans. For the bikinis I use recycled fabric, which is made from fishing nets and plastic from the sea - Feel the difference!
