  1. Prices and shipping costs

    For orders in our online shop, the prices stated in the offer at the time of the order apply.
    6.2 Delivery within Switzerland costs between 2.80 - 7.00 CHF. This depends on the weight and size of the package. Orders with a value of 150 CHF or more are shipped free of charge. Deliveries within Europe are free of charge from a value of 200 CHF. International deliveries are free of charge from a value of 260 CHF. Please note that deliveries abroad may be subject to customs duties and are at the customer's expense.

  1. Payment and delivery

We generally offer the following payment methods: credit card and PayPal, Twint, bank transfer.

In the case of a credit card purchase, your credit card account will be charged at the time of the order.

For deliveries we use Swiss Post.

The goods will be delivered 1-3 days after receipt of the order and the delivery time is a maximum of 1- 5 working days (for deliveries throughout Switzerland).

If the goods are not available, we will immediately refund any advance payments already made.

  1. Right of return when purchasing items

You have the option to return purchased items within 10 days of delivery. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not taken into account. For the return, the postal dispatch date is decisive. If the shipping date is outside of the above period, we reserve the right to refrain from returning the order.

8.2 Sale items

The cost of discounted items will not be refunded. However, the customer has the option of buying another bikini with this amount or freezing the credit for 5 months and ordering a new bikini later. However, the costs of returning and reshipping are borne by the customer. Sale items can be returned within 10 days of receipt, the stamp of the post office is decisive. If there is a difference in the amount during the exchange, this open amount will be invoiced and must be paid first.

8.4 The returned items must not worn or washed, they must be in their original packaging and suitable for remarketing, otherwise they will not be accepted and a refund will be given. Labels such as the panty liner must also still be present.

8.5 If your return is due to an error on our part, we will refund the postage costs. Otherwise, the costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer. In this case, the goods are his responsibility and we do not refund the lost items during the transportation.

9.Return article - return:

Please note that free shipping only applies if the goods are not returned.

9.1 Exceptions (large packages): If the total amount still has a purchase value of more than CHF 150 upon return, the full amount will be refunded.

If the total is less than 1 50 CHF, 6 CHF will be deducted from the credit and donated to the team in Bali for their work.

9.2 Exceptions (small packages): For the mini packages, the purchase price after the return must be CHF 50 so that the credit can be fully refunded. If the sum is lower after the return, an amount of 2.0 CHF will be offset against the credit for the expenses and also donated to the team in Bali.

Free shipping generally applies to purchases of CHF 150 or more. If the value of the goods is lower, the price is generally between 2.80 CHF - 7 CHF, this depends on the size and weight.

If the customer would like to pick up the package personally, there are no shipping costs. The customer can also request a 10% discount.

After receiving the goods and checking them, the refund amount will be credited directly according to the payment method used. A confirmation email will then be sent when the refund has been made. Sometimes a delay is necessary before the amount appears on the account.

  1. Conditions for using vouchers

Discount Coupons (Discount Coupons that you cannot purchase for a fee but that we sell as part of promotional campaigns and have a limited expiry date) can only be used to purchase Nookini items that are only valid during the specified validity period and can be used once per order.

The value of the goods must be at least the amount of the discount voucher. For administrative reasons, a refund of any residual value is not possible.

Vouchers can only be used for one order. A discount voucher cannot be refunded. The value of the coupon is non-cash and non-interest bearing.

The voucher can be passed on to third parties. It is not possible to combine multiple coupons.

If the value of a voucher is not sufficient to cover the order value, the difference can be settled using one of the payment methods offered. The discount voucher will not be refunded if all or part of the goods are returned, provided that the discount voucher was issued as part of a promotion and no consideration was given.

In the case of a return of goods, the discount voucher used for the respective order loses its validity
