The goods will be delivered 1-3 days after receipt of the order and the delivery time is a maximum of 2-5 working days (for deliveries throughout Switzerland).
If the goods are not available, we will immediately refund any advance payments already made.
If payment has not been made, we reserve the right not to send the goods until debited.
Right of return when purchasing items
You have the option to return purchased items within 10 days of delivery. Please note that holidays and weekends are not taken into account. When returning the item, the postage date is decisive. If the shipping date is outside of the above period, we reserve the right to refrain from returning the order.
The cost and responsibility of returning the goods lies with the customer. It is also possible to bring the goods back directly, but an appointment must be made by email or telephone.

The returned items may not (properly) worn or washed, they must be in their original packaging and suitable for remarketing, otherwise they will not be accepted and refunded. Labels such as the hygiene insert must also still be present.
If your return is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse you for the postage costs. Otherwise, the costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer. In this case, the goods are his responsibility and we do not refund the items lost during the transport.
