Returns - The most important things at a glance

Nookini Refund Policy

  1. Refund Period:

    • Domestic: Refunds are possible within 14 days of receiving the item (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    • International: Refunds are possible within 30 days of receiving the item.

  2. Return Conditions:

    • Bikinis must not have been worn. Worn items are excluded from returns.
    • Hot Sale Summer items cannot be refunded unless an exception has been agreed upon via email (nookiniswim@gmail.com).
    • For items with a discount of over 30%, a refund is only possible for specific reasons and requires written confirmation. Please contact us via email for this.

  3. Damaged or Incomplete Items:

    • No refund will be issued for damaged or incomplete items.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • If the goods were shipped for free, but shipping costs are incurred upon return, this amount will be deducted from the credit and donated to the family business in Bali. (Exception: The order value remains above CHF 150 after return).

  5. Custom Orders/Unique Pieces:

    • These must be paid for before receipt and cannot be refunded. However, an exchange for another bikini or resale is possible.

  6. Special Promotions via Instagram:

    • Special promotions are subject to the regulations according to the General Terms and Conditions.

  7. Returns for Specific Reasons:

    • For special reasons for a return, a request via email (nookiniswim@gmail.com) is necessary. Without written confirmation, a refund is not possible.

  8. Direct Purchase:

    • For directly purchased bikinis or other items, the regulations according to the General Terms and Conditions apply.
