Returns - The most important things at a glance

Refunds are available within 10 days of receiving the item. (Weekends and holidays are not included.)

Abroad, 30 days apply after receipt of the item.

The bikinis must not be worn properly; if this is the case, a return is no longer possible.

Hot Sale Summer items are non-refundable. Exception: Only by arrangement. (nookiniswim@gmail.com)

If the discount is over 30%, a refund can only be made for certain reasons. This requires written confirmation. Please contact us by email at nookiniswim@gmail.com

If the item is damaged or incomplete, no refund will be given.

If the goods are sent free of charge but returned, the amount for the shipping costs will be deducted from the voucher. This amount will be donated to the family business in Bali. (Exception: The order is still worth CHF 150)

Custom-made items/individual pieces must be paid for before receipt. Refunds are not possible. Exception: Exchange for another bikini or the bikini can be resold.

Special offers via Instagram are subject to the terms and conditions.

If there are specific reasons for returning an item, this can be requested by email. A refund is not possible without written confirmation.
